Senior Food Operative – Packing

Unity Personnel are partnering with a well-known food manufacturer that has now become the leading supplier of meal accompaniments to the UK grocery retail and wholesale markets.

They are now looking for Senior Operatives for nights to join their ever expanding team!

Key Responsibilities:-
• Ensure all work is carried out safely.
• Keep your work area to the required GMP standards.
• Ensure production targets are met for output, changeovers, hygiene, giveaway etc.
• Carry out specific trained tasks changeovers, allergen cleans for multiple areas.

Skills and Competencies Required:-
• Excellent communicator.
• Capable of operative all equipment on the lines.
• Knows the line targets and how to operative the line in accordance with those targets.
• CPP Trained.
• Food Safety 2.
• HACCP 2
• Allergen Awareness
• Excellent English, written and verbal.
• Good numeracy skills.
• IT Literate.

The Package:-
• 12hr Night Shifts – 6pm to 6am
• £13.07 basic pay and £19.61 overtime pay
