We are working with a food company based in York who are looking for Food Production Operatives. They offer a wide range of gourmet snacks from three renowned brands.

Job Overview
They are seeking a number of people to join their team in a fast-paced food production environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that their production processes run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to all food safety standards. This position requires a good understanding of food safety practices.

Duties
• Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure that all products meet the quality standards.
• Follow all company policies regarding health and safety practices within the workplace.
• Packing of products in a fast paced environment.
Requirements
• Previous experience in food production or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks undertaken.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to be flexible in your approach.

Shifts – Rotating every two weeks

Monday to Friday 6am/2pm (first two weeks) – £12.00 per hour

Monday to Friday 2pm/10pm (second two weeks) – £13.00 per hour
