Food Production Operatives

Unity Personnel are now partnering with one of the largest food producers in Britain. They are now looking to establish and develop a strong team to ensure that the highest standards are met.

You must be flexible, enthusiastic and have excellent attention to detail.

The role:-
• Packing and processing of food products
• Quality checking products
• Feeding machines with raw products for slicing
• Working as part of a team to help create a positive working environment
• Demonstrate flexibility by being able to carry out a wide variety or production tasks and adapting when needed.
• Ensuring that production targets are met and report any shortfalls
• Adhere to all company rules and policies
• Uphold good housekeeping and hygiene practices to ensure product safety at all times

The person:-
• Previous experience of working within a similar environment
• Reliable and have a good absence and timekeeping record
• Team player
• Ability to communicate, understand and follow instructions
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines
• A positive attitude to great a positive working environment
